All things being relative...can an army list be cheesy?

According to the old Army Composition scoring rules which was the only measure of what "cheese" was, the more points you allocated towards troops, the higher of an army comp score you got. That was before. Now there is no real scale, so cheese is in the eye of the beholder.

I think there was a clinical definition of CHEESE that GW came up with of having minimal troops and maxed out HQ/Heavy/Fast/Elite choices as the majority % of points in an army list. Ask Kikaida, he won the only cheese award I'm aware of
